-Represented syndicate lenders led by China Merchant Bank in a term loan provided to Hillhouse for acquisition of 15% shares of Gree Electric Appliances, Inc.

-Represented acquisition vehicles controlled by Boyu Capital, Ally Bridge, Temasek and Ping An Insurance in a syndicate loan for merger and privatization of WuXi PharmaTech (Cayman) Inc. (NYSE: WX).

-Represented syndicate lenders in a loan to a consortium consisting of Carlyle Asia Partners, FountainVest, CITIC Capital and China Everbright Structured Investment Holdings for the privatization of Focus Media Holding Limited.

-Represented the founders of Mindray Medical International Limited in the leveraged financing granted by Bank of China and Ping An Bank for privatization of Mindray Medical International Limited.

-Represented Ping An Bank in a term loan facility granted to China Neptunus Drugstore Holding Ltd. for acquisition of all the shares of China Nepstar Chain Drugstore Ltd. through a single-step merger with China Nepstar Chain Drugstore Ltd.

-Represented the syndicate led by several top Chinese banks in the loan facilities comprising long-term and working capital facilities advanced to Fujian Refining & Petrochemical Company Limited, a joint venture of Fujian Petrochemical and Refining Company (an affiliate of Sinopec), ExxonMobil and Saudi Aramco, for its refinery and ethylene expansion project in Quanzhou, Fujian Province.

-Represented the syndicated lenders arranged by Bank of China in a syndicated loan granted to joint venture project companies established by HKR International and Swire Properties for development of HKRI Taikoo Hui.

-Represented China Development Bank Corporation in a loan to Chengdu Tianqi Industry (Group) Co., Ltd. for acquisition of Talison Lithium Limited, the largest Lithium supplier in Australia.

-Provided annual retainer services for a number of prominent domestic and foreign banks, such as JPMorgan Chase Bank, Citibank, DBS Bank Ltd., DNB Bank, Bank of China and China Construction Bank.
