Steve Pfeiffer is a Partner in Perkins Coie’s Real Estate and Land Use Practice. He focuses on land use law, natural resource law and all aspects of development entitlement, environmental permitting and infrastructure finance issues relating to real estate development. His representation comprises the full spectrum of development interests including mixed use, office, employment, retail, energy production/transmission, institutional and resort. Steve is a former member and Chair of the Oregon Land Conservation and Development Commission and is a fellow in the American College of Real Estate Lawyers.
