Stewart Landefeld, Past Chair of Perkins Coie’s Business practice, has over 30 years of experience counseling on corporate governance and public company matters, including mergers and acquisitions and public offerings. Frequent counsel to Boards of Directors and Board Committees, he served as interim Chief Legal Officer, interim Chief Compliance Officer and Executive Vice President of Washington Mutual, Inc. from 2007-2008. He is immediate past Chair of the Boards of Directors of the Seattle Art Museum, and of Plymouth Housing Group (homeless housing), co-authors "The Public Company Handbook" and "Washington Business Entities" and writes articles on corporate governance.
