Career

Sun Kyoung Kim is a partner at Yulchon, who practices primarily in the areas of litigation and arbitration, real estate and land use, banking and finance, and bankruptcy. He began his career at Yulchon Law Offices, joined Yulchon as an associate at its inception, and was made a partner in 2009. Mr. Kim has experience in litigation and dispute matters involving financial institutions and insolvency related matters.
