Travis Lloyd focuses on complex healthcare regulatory matters. He represents a broad range of industry clients, including hospitals and health systems, ambulatory surgery centers, post-acute providers, and behavioral health providers, as well as their strategic partners. He has significant experience in the areas of fraud and abuse, reimbursement, and health information privacy and security, as well as in the licensure, certification, and accreditation of healthcare facilities. He was recognized by Bloomberg Law for its inaugural “They’ve Got Next” series (2021) and by Law360 as one of five “Rising Stars” in healthcare across the country (2018).

Travis has served as regulatory counsel for some of the nation’s premier healthcare companies in numerous high-profile deals, including public company mergers and acquisitions, IPOs, and other transformative transactions. He is also routinely called upon to advise healthcare providers on highly sensitive compliance matters, especially those that relate to the federal anti-kickback statute and the Stark Law.
