V. Woolston represents manufacturers in state and federal courts throughout the United States. His practice emphasizes aviation and covers a wide range of other industries in product liability matters. His principal clients include Hitachi Zosen (a Japanese manufacturer of tunnel boring machines), Honeywell International Inc., The Boeing Company, and REI. He has tried numerous product liability cases to verdict, including a 26-plaintiff case involving allegations of toxic poisoning, as well as the crash of a corporate turbo-prop aircraft that claimed the life of a former Winston Cup champion, Alan Kulwicki. He also regularly counsels clients in loss prevention and lawsuit avoidance issues.
