Ms. Zhou has worked in the field of securities and capital markets for nearly 20 years, she is familiar with industries like TMT, Consumer, Energy, Real Estate, Financial, etc. With profound legal knowledge, insight of the industry norm and financial skills, she is able to provide clients with constructive and practicable legal services. She has advised numerous clients on their IPOs, M & A or financing issues. Her clients includes China Resource, Pingan Group, BYD, Sigmastar, CICC, CMS, Finland, Sygenta, etc..

Due to her rich practice experience in the capital market, Ms. Zhou is invited to be the expert lecturer of Shenzhen Stock Exchange, the visiting professor of Renmin University, and Arbitrator of CIETAC. Ms. Zhou also serve as deputy director of the financial professional committee of the China Lawyers Association and member of the Shenzhen Committee of CPPCC.

Ms. Zhou graduate from Zhongnan University of Economics & Law with the Bachelor of Economics. She then obtained Master Degree in International Law and Master Degree in Comparative Law from University of International Business & Economics and Chicago-Kent College of Law respectively.
