周缘求自1998年开始律师执业，自2020年起担任江苏云崖律师事务所主任。现任无锡市律师协会副会长、江苏省律师协会常务理事、业务创新指导工作委员会主任，中华全国律师协会劳动与社会保障法专业委员会委员。无锡市政协委员，无锡仲裁委员会仲裁员。江苏省法学会民法学研究会常务理事。

1、承办封永平与无锡三阳百盛广场有限公司解除劳动合同纠纷案，再审改判，获评为无锡市律师协会2016年度优秀专业案例（劳动与社会保障类）；

2、承办无锡市机床股份有限公司与无锡开源机床集团有限公司不正当竞争纠纷案，调解胜诉，获评为无锡市律师协会2017年度优秀专业案例（知识产权类）；

3、承办巫建渝与莱尼电气线缆（中国）有限公司解除劳动合同纠纷案，再审改判，获评为无锡市律师协会2017年度优秀专业案例（劳动与社会保障类）；

4、承办唐某宝、徐某妹、唐某华与吕某芬、吕某庆、司某曦、张某雷、上海某精密机械制造有限公司、无锡市某色母有限公司侵权责任纠纷案，二审改判，获评为无锡市律师协会2018年度优秀专业案例（民事类）；

5、承办国联通宝资本投资有限责任公司与杨小明追索劳动报酬经济补偿纠纷案，获评为江苏省律师协会2020年度十佳劳动争议案例；

6、承办宜兴市公路客运有限公司与丁导成运输合同纠纷案，获评为无锡市律师协会2019年度优秀专业案例（民事类）；

7、承办无锡市博宇塑机有限公司诉江苏帝翔塑机科技有限公司不正当竞争纠纷案，该案为Youtube账号海外侵权纠纷案，判决胜诉。

8、2024年代理赵闯与凯龙公司技术秘密纠纷二案（在办），一审承办结果降低当事人损失3亿元。

Zhou Yuanqiu, qualified in 1998, has been the Managing Partner of Jiangsu Yunya Law Firm since 2020. He is currently the vice president of Wuxi Lawyers Association, the executive director of Jiangsu Lawyers Association, the director of the Business Innovation Guidance Committee, a member of the Labor and Social Security Law Professional Committee of the National Lawyers Association, a member of Wuxi CPPCC, an arbitrator of Wuxi Arbitration Commission, and the executive director of Civil Law Research Association of Jiangsu Law Society.

Zhou Yuanqiu has been awarded the "Wuxi Outstanding Lawyer" twice, and has won the honors of "Wuxi Outstanding Legal Talent", "Wuxi Famous Lawyer Talent Training Object (First Level)", "Wuxi Lawyers Association Industry Construction Excellence Award" and so on.

Cases:

1. Overturned the effective judgment of the dispute over the termination of the labor contract between Feng Yongping and Wuxi Sanyang Parkson Plaza Co., Ltd., which was rated as the 2016 Excellent Professional Case (Labor and Social Security Class) of Wuxi Lawyers Association;

2. Successfully achieved the mediation of the unfair competition dispute case between Wuxi Machine Tool Co., Ltd. and Wuxi Kaiyuan Machine Tool Group Co., Ltd., which was rated as the 2017 Excellent Professional Case (Intellectual Property Class) of Wuxi Lawyers Association;

3. Overturned the effective judgment of the dispute over the termination of the labor contract between Wu Jianyu and Laini Electric Cable (China) Co., Ltd., which was rated as the 2017 Excellent Professional Case (Labor and Social Security Class) of Wuxi Lawyers Association;

4. Overturned the judgment of the tort liability dispute case of Tang Moubao, Xu Moumei, Tang Mouhua and Lv Moufen, Lv Mouqing, Si Mouxi, Zhang Moulei, Shanghai Precision Machinery Manufacturing Co., Ltd., and Wuxi Masterbatch Co., Ltd., which was rated as the 2018 Excellent Professional Case (Civil Class) of Wuxi Lawyers Association;

5. Undertook the labor remuneration and economic compensation case of Yang Xiaoming against Guolian Tongbao Capital Investment Co., Ltd., which was rated as one of the 2020 Top Ten Labor Dispute Cases of Jiangsu Lawyers Association;

6. Undertook the transportation contract dispute case between Yixing Highway Passenger Transport Co., Ltd. and Ding Daocheng, which was rated as the 2019 Excellent Professional Case (Civil Class) of Wuxi Lawyers Association;

7. Successlly undertook the unfair competition dispute case of Wuxi Boyu Plastic Machinery Co., Ltd. against Jiangsu Dixiang Plastic Machinery Technology Co., Ltd., which was a Youtube account overseas infringement dispute.

8. Undertook the technical secret dispute (still ongoing) of Zhao Chuang against Kailong Company, and successfully reduced the loss of 300 million yuan in first-instance judgement.
