杨志浩从2017年开始担任江苏云崖律师事务所高级合伙人、执行委员会委员，已拥有规模所管理经验7年以上。在大型综合律所文化建设、薪酬体系建设、信息化建设、青年律师培养方面均有一定创新经验。杨志浩目前担任云崖所业务五部（20名执业律师）负责人，近三年创收保持20%增长幅度，2020年团队获评无锡市优秀专业团队（法律顾问类）。

杨志浩律师在近年来执业过程中，展现出突出的业务能力。常年耕耘于企业常年法律顾问及衍生诉讼争议解决服务，取得了突出成绩，服务了远东集团、亚太股份等多家上市公司、国企、民营企业，取得了当事人的一致好评。另一方面，杨志浩律师在涉外、金融类诉讼、知识产权诉讼中，表现优异，近年来承办了大量标的较大的有较大影响的案件。

1、《JESSSMITH&SONSCOTTON.LLC、无锡市天然纺织实业有限公司等申请承认和执行外国仲裁裁决案件》获评无锡市律协优秀专业案例（涉外类）；

2、2022期间，承办无锡某保安服务公司劳动关系确认、工伤行政复议、商业保险追偿系列案获评2022年度江苏省律协十佳劳动争议案例。

3、上海沃开汽车技术有限公司与常州常发农业装备工程技术研究技术有限公司技术开发案件，获得了省高院撤销一审判决，直接改判的良好结果；

4、2021-2022年成功完成了格罗宝尔债务清理及并购专项法律服务（标的1.2亿）；

5、2023年成功代理江苏资产管理有限公司与南京御峰公司、绿地控股集团债务重组纠纷（4.5亿）。

6、2024年代理江苏资产管理有限公司与南京金浦公司债务重组纠纷（0.6亿）。

7、2024年代理赵闯与凯龙公司技术秘密纠纷二案（在办），一审承办结果降低当事人损失3亿元。

Mr. Yang Zhihao, serving as a senior partner and member of the Executive Committee at Jiangsu Yunya Law Firm since 2017, has demonstrated innovative expertise in areas such as law firm cultural construction, salary system construction, Informatization construction, and the cultivation of young lawyers. Currently, the Fifth Department of Yunya Law Firm leaded by Mr. Yang, which comprises 20 licensed lawyers, has achieved a consistent annual revenue growth of 20% over the past three years and was recognized as an Outstanding Professional Team (Legal Advisory Category) in Wuxi City in 2020.

Cases:

1.Case Recognition: The case Application for Recognition and Enforcement of a Foreign Arbitration Award of JESSSMITH&SONSCOTTON.LLC, Wuxi Natural Textile Industry Co., Ltd., and Other Companies was recognized as an Outstanding Professional Case (Foreign-Related Category) by the Wuxi Lawyers Association.

2.Labor Dispute Case: Handling a series of cases for a Wuxi security services company involving labor relationship confirmation, administrative reconsideration of work-related injuries, and commercial insurance recovery, which were recognized as the Top Ten Labor Dispute Cases by the Jiangsu Lawyers Association in 2022.

3.Technology Development Case: In the technology development dispute between Shanghai Wokai Automotive Technology Co., Ltd. and Changzhou Changfa Agricultural Equipment Engineering Technology Research Co., Ltd., Mr. Yang achieved a favorable outcome where the provincial high court overturned the judgment.

4.Debt Restructuring and M&A: From 2021 to 2022, he successfully completed specialized legal services for the debt clearance and merger of Grobal (involving a value of RMB 120 million).

5.Debt Restructuring Dispute: In 2023, he represented Jiangsu Asset Management Co., Ltd. in a debt restructuring dispute with Nanjing Yufeng Company and Greenland Holding Group (involving a value of RMB 450 million).

6.Debt Restructuring Dispute: In 2024, he represented Jiangsu Asset Management Co., Ltd. in a debt restructuring dispute with Nanjing Jinpu Company (involving a value of RMB 60 million).

7.Trade Secret Dispute: In 2024, he represented Zhao Chuang in two trade secret disputes against Kailong Company (currently ongoing), reducing the client’s potential losses by RMB 300 million.
