Career

Yvonne obtained degrees in Commerce and Law from Monash University in Melbourne, Australia in 1999 and 2000 respectively. She became a partner of the firm in 2011, having been admitted to the Malaysian Bar in 2002, and now heads the Intellectual Property practice group.

As a registered Trademark, Patent and Industrial Designs Agent, she and her team work to ensure the protection and enforcement of clients' intellectual property rights. In the process, she deals with all types of intellectual property issues, including brand strategising, policies and enforcement and undertaking litigation where necessary. Her clients range from sole proprietorships to multinational companies which are household names. For a number of years, Yvonne has been recognised and ranked by Chambers Asia Pacific for her work in Intellectual Property.
