Represented Three-Body Universe (Shanghai) Cultural Development Co., Ltd. in a lawsuit against mass registrations of “Three-Body” and trademarks relating to elements in the novel “The Three-Body Problem” (which is a very famous IP both in China and worldwide). In this case, attorney ZHANG attempted to provide a negative evaluation of trademark squatting from the perspective of unfair competition in order to avoid lengthy and complicated administrative procedures such as trademark opposition, invalidation, and application. This provides a new approach for the rights-holders to combat trademark squatting behavior.

Represented YOUZU Interactive Co., Ltd. (a PRC listing company) to file a lawsuit against a series of copyright infringement and unfair competition by others. He targeted the essence of the case and attempted to evaluate the infringing behavior in accordance with the Anti-Unfair Competition Law, providing a more comprehensive solution for similar legal disputes.
