• ICICI Bank Limited on its qualified institutions placement, aggregating to approximately INR 150 billion, the largest equity fund raise by way of a qualified institutions placement by a bank in India

• Reliance Industries Limited on its rights issue aggregating to approximately INR550 billion, the largest equity fund raise in India

• Bharti Airtel Limited on its (i) qualified institutions placement aggregating to approximately INR 144,000 million, along with an issuance of foreign currency convertible bonds aggregating to approximately INR 1 billion; and (ii) its rights issue aggregating to approximately INR 249.39 billion
