With over 19 years of experience, Srinath Dasari is a part of the Firm’s Corporate / M&A group. His broad experience ranges from private equity, venture capital, mergers & acquisitions, joint ventures to capital market transactions for domestic and international clients in diverse sectors, including TMT, healthcare and life sciences, financial services, retail and automotive. His clients include leading private equity investors and hedge funds. He was featured in the Economic Times’ prestigious ‘Forty under 40’ listing for 2018, which identifies India’s top 40 leaders under the age of 40. • Tiger Global Management on numerous investments into and exits from India/South–East Asian technology companies, including unicorns such as Byju’s, Cred, Delhivery, Infra.Market, Groww, Moglix, Sharechat and Urban Company
