Andrew has a broad-based financial services and corporate commercial practice with a special focus on aircraft and equipment financing and leasing, secured lending, as well as infrastructure and project financing. He also has significant experience in workouts, debtor-in-possession loans, bankruptcies, CCAA restructurings and CBCA arrangements. Over his twenty-five years of practice, he has advised a wide variety of Canadian and international clients on a full spectrum of domestic and cross-border transactions.
