Appointed as King's Counsel in March 2022 Charlotte Worsley is a specialist Family Law silk. Charlotte has extensive experience in Public and Private Children Law cases. She is Head of the Family Team at Park Square Barristers and demonstrated strong leadership of the 56 member team during and post the pandemic.
Public Law - Charlotte has significant experience in lengthy cases involving exceptionally complex medical evidence with fatal and non accidental injuries, fabricated induced illness, honour based violence, sexual abuse and child exploitation.
Private Law - Charlotte is experienced in all aspects of difficult disputes about children’s welfare including aspects of fertility law and adoption.
