Counsel to ISDA in the Asia Pacific since 1997, he has been closely involved in the development of derivatives and structured finance in China since 1995. Advised on a number of FMI initiatives in Asia including setting up OTC Clear Hong Kong and Shanghai Clearing House, the launch of the innovative China-Hong Kong Stock Connect, Bond Connect and various issues on Renminbi and RMB products.
