Chris Dove is a partner practicing in the areas of appellate and business litigation. Frequently named one of the "Best Lawyers" in Appellate Practice by The Best Lawyers In America and also named a "Super Lawyer" in appellate litigation in 2014-2023, Chris represents his clients with creative problem-solving and diligent analysis. He is Board Certified in Civil Appellate Law by the Texas Board of Legal Specialization and has solid experience before the Texas Supreme Court, the Texas Courts of Appeal, and the United States Court of Appeals for the Fifth and Federal Circuits. Chris serves on the Texas Pattern Jury Charge Committee for business litigation and the State Bar of Texas Appellate Section Rules Committee and Law School Outreach committees. In 2018, 2019, 2020, 2021, and 2022 he won the Helen Cassidy Award for best presentation at the State Bar’s annual Advanced Civil Appellate Practice CLE and has been voted to the Civil Appellate Practice CLE “Hall of Fame.”
