Edmund Beever is head of employment at St Philips and highly experienced in handling complex restrictive covenants and senior executive disputes and exits. He also has expertise in discrimination issues and whistle-blowing claims, and is frequently instructed by clients to represent them in substantial tribunal hearings. He brings added knowledge from his experience as a part-time employment judge.

Edmund Beever is a dedicated commercial barrister who is recognised for his insight into fraud, employment and director dispute cases, among other areas. He frequently appears before the courts to obtain injunctive relief, freezing orders and restrictive covenants for clients engaged in commercial employment disputes. A member of the Attorney General's Panel, he regularly acts for government departments including the Ministry of Defence and the Ministry of Justice.
