Career

Eunice’s primary areas of practice are intellectual property (IP), franchise and competition law. Her clients come from a diverse range of industries including fashion apparel, telecoms, automotive, FMCG, retail services, hospitality, finance and insurance, pharmaceuticals and biotechnology.

Eunice, who has been recognised by Legal 500 as “attentive and dedicated”, focuses on IP protection, portfolio and rights management, preparing and reviewing licensing agreements, technology transfer agreements, collaboration agreements and transfer of IP assets. She actively advises on franchising and compliance requirements in Malaysia. Well-versed in regulatory issues in respect of pharmaceuticals, cosmetics and food, Eunice also assists clients in formulating competition law compliance programmes and advises them on competition law issues arising since the implementation of the Competition Act 2010.

Eunice was recently ranked as a "Next-Generation-Partner" for IP and "Recommended" for antitrust and competition in The Legal 500 Asia Pacific 2021.
