1. Representing Cox & Kings in arbitration proceedings against SAP India Pvt. Ltd. and SAP GmbH, addressing the
inclusion of non-signatories in arbitration under Indian law. This case culminated in a landmark Supreme Court
judgment that upheld the “Group of Companies Doctrine.
2. Representing Aquatech Systems Asia Pvt. Ltd. in an arbitration against SKS Power Generation (Chhattisgarh) Ltd.
concerning a water purification plant. The tribunal delivered a favourable award, which is currently under
challenge in the Delhi High Court, with parallel proceedings ongoing before the NCLT.
3. Representing Naik Services in an LCIA arbitration against a European multinational concerning a joint venture
dispute over a major infrastructure project in India. The arbitration concluded with a favourable award.
4. Representing Dolphin Offshore in a series of UNCITRAL arbitrations against Indian public sector undertakings
