1. Advising Macquarie Group Limited on various matters, including INR 100 billion facility from Yes Bank Limited for

India’s first Toll Operate Transfer (TOT) concession as well as investments made previously.

2. Advising IMCD India Private Limited on the review of the vendor diligence report as well as the due diligence

report.

3. Advised Transasia Ventures Private Limited and its existing shareholders, on negotiating and finalising the share

purchase agreements.

4. Advising and representing United Spirits Limited. (USL) in arbitral proceedings against the Canteen Stores

Department, Ministry of Defence (CSD).

5. Advising Hindustan Unilever Ltd. in disputes against the Ministry of Defence in relation to the supply of FMCG

goods to the Indian Armed Forces’ Canteen Stores Department which provides products to the armed forces, ex-

servicemen, and their families at prices less than market rates on a not-for-profit basis.

6. Representing Chorus Call in disputes with its joint venture partner in India as well as the employees, in relation to

its Indian subsidiary Chorus Call Conferencing Services India Pvt. Ltd. The disputes include allegations of

diversion of business and assets of Chorus Call India to another entity which were discovered after the receipt of a

whistleblower complaint.
