Work Highlights

1. Representing Price f(x) in the arbitration proceedings before the Singapore International Arbitration Centre,

addressing disputes with Ambuja Cements Ltd. and ACC Ltd. while contesting the maintainability of a Section 9

petition in the Bombay High Court.

2. Representing Kalpataru Power Transmission Limited (KPTL) to pursue its claims for an extended stay on the

construction of a cross-country pipeline against the Owner of the pipeline as well as defending KPTL against

counterclaims initiated by the Owner in various fora.

3. Representing ITC Limited in arbitration proceedings invoked against NIA, for a claim raised by ITC against NIA.

4. Representing CredAvenue Pvt. Ltd. in an arbitration, as well as in proceedings arising under the Arbitration and

Conciliation Act, 1996 (Act), in disputes against the former employees of CredAvenue, for the breach of their

confidentiality and non-compete stipulations during their employment.
