Career

Junsang Lee is a managing partner at Yoon & Yang LLC, and his main practice areas include international arbitration & litigation, corporate civil & criminal litigation, insolvency, constitutional law, and administrative law.

From 1994 to 2013, Mr. Lee served as a judge for lower courts and as a presiding judge at the Suwon District Court, during which he handled bankruptcy and administrative cases and was also dispatched to the Constitutional Court. He researched alternative dispute resolution during his overseas study, and also served as a member of the Korean delegation to the Vienna Conference of the UNCITRAL Working Group 2 (Arbitration) from 2009 to 2011. After joining Yoon & Yang in 2013, Mr. Lee has been an arbitrator at the KCAB and a KOCIA board member. He also represents domestic and foreign companies on international arbitration cases pending before international arbitration bodies including (e.g., ICC, SIAC, HKIAC, and AAA), and handles international litigations for major foreign companies.
