Career

Sung Woon Kang is a partner at Yoon & Yang LLC and his main practice areas include securities and finance.

Mr. Kang has a wealth of experience in general laws applicable to financial institutions, issuance of securities by a Korean company through public or private offerings in Korea and abroad, loans of financial institutions in Korea and abroad, project financing, and overseas investment by domestic companies, etc. In particular, Mr. Kang has participated in major cases involving listing of foreign companies on the Korea Exchange, e.g. listing of 3NOD and China Great Star International on KOSDAQ. he has also represented financial investment companies and investors in a wide range of litigation related to fund disputes.
