Karen has a broad family practise comprising of both private and public law children cases including those with an international element, family finances and TOLATA.
Karen is regularly instructed in highly complex care proceedings involving, multiple injuries, multiple parties, serious injuries and complex medical conditions such as FII as well as those which raise Human Rights issues.
Karen is used to managing complex private law disputes where there are issues of high conflict, parental alienation and internal and international relocation.
Karen is equally as competent in family finances and TOLATA cases having appeared in land tribunals as well as in the family courts.
