Career

Having completed undergraduate and post graduate law degrees at the University of Durham, Lee was called to the Bar by Inner Temple in 2010. He has since developed a specialist consumer law and consumer finance practice at Gough Square Chambers. Lee is regularly instructed by large banks, major credit providers and new entrants to the consumer finance market. He has developed a specific specialism in mis-selling claims and group litigation. Lee often appears (led and unled) in the key cases concerning both consumer finance and consumer law more generally.
