Michael Crumbock counsels his clients in understanding and navigating the issues associated with qualified and nonqualified benefit plans, deferred compensation arrangements, employment and separation agreements, stock-based and phantom equity compensation, compensation disclosures for public companies, and mergers and acquisitions. He advises clients on all tax, fiduciary, securities, and governance matters related to employee benefits and executive compensation, including ERISA and the application of Sections 280G and 409A of the Internal Revenue Code. Michael represents multinational and domestic corporations, private equity firms, asset managers, not-for-profit entities, higher education institutions, select management groups and senior executives.
