With 19 years’ experience, Nandan Pendsey specialises in Intellectual Property Rights. He is also a Registered Patent Agent with a background in Biotechnology. Nandan is highly recommended by clients for sound legal and strategic advice that serves their business and commercial objectives. He advises on a broad spectrum of IPR including litigation/enforcement, transactions, IP and technology licensing, prosecution, IP portfolios and brand protection and border protection measures. Nandan also has extensive experience in information technology, data privacy, outsourcing, cyber law, registration, protection and enforcement of domain names, and other internet related issues, including jurisdictional and enforcement issues and ISP liability.
