Her practice focusses on domestic and cross-border M&A, corporate reorganisations, and acquisitions for private equity players. Nilanjana acts for a range of leading corporate clients from a variety of sectors, including information technology, financial services, infrastructure, manufacturing, logistics, pharmaceuticals, telecom and digital services, renewables and retail. She holds an LL.M. from Columbia University, New York.

• Reliance Industries and its digital arm, Jio Platforms on a series of investments aggregating to USD 20.2 billion, from an array of leading global investors, including Facebook, Silver Lake Partners, Vista Equity Partners, General Atlantic, KKR, Mubadala Investment Company, Abu Dhabi Investment Authority (ADIA), TPG Capital, L Catterton, Saudi Arabia-based Public Investment Fund, Intel, Qualcomm, and Google
