Adv. Ravid, Head of the Labor and Corporate Immigration Department, is one of Israel’s most respected attorneys in the Labor Law field. His practice focuses on the interplay between Israeli labor and corporate laws, particularly regarding corporate transactions. In this regard, Adv. Ravid’s comprehensive legal support of clients includes drafting agreements and providing legal opinions relating to the full cycle of employer-employee relations: from the hiring and compensation of employees, to organizational restructuring and corporate downsizing; and from changes in employment terms and conditions, to employee dismissal. Adv. Ravid also advises clients on the interaction between labor law and employee relocation.

Adv. Ravid provides guidance, both tactical and strategic, to corporate clients in addressing complex issues in the intersection between labor and corporate laws, such as those arising from M&A, public offerings, and corporate due diligence. He actively represents clients in Israel’s civil courts, labor tribunals, and arbitration proceedings; and represents clients before government agencies in labor relations matters.
