Education: Universidad Central de Venezuela (Lawyer, 1996). Georgetown University, International Law Institute (Introduction to the Legal System of the United States, 1998). Georgetown University, Law Center (Master in Comparative Law, 1999).

From 2002 until 2007, Professor of Legal Practice I (2002-2007) and Legal Practice II (2006-2007) at the Law School of Universidad Central de Venezuela.

In 1999, foreign associate at Holland & Knight LLP, in Washington D.C.-Miami, USA.

From 1998 until 2023, member of Tinoco, Travieso, Planchart & Núñez Abogados, from his incorporation until 2003 as associate, between 2003 and 2005 as senior associate, from 2005 until 2012 as junior partner, and from 2012 until 2023 as partner.

Joined MENPA – Mendoza, Palacios, Acedo, Borjas, Páez Pumar & Cía. as partner in 2023.
