Head of our cassation team (formal appeals before the Supreme Tribunal of Justice) as well as co-leader of our litigation department. Advises clients on public law and regulatory issues, fiscal procedures and customs law, civil and commercial law and procedure, labour law and procedure, tourism regulations, and contractual and commercial disputes.
