Ms. Lee has advised major domestic companies and foreign companies (mainly foreign financial and pharmaceutical companies) on issues related to Employment and Labor and handled numerous labor disputes. Ms. Lee has helped foreign companies operating in Korea better understand the unique labor environment of Korea and minimize labor-management disputes, and gained a reputation for providing excellent advisory services.

Ms. Lee is also one of the most distinguished attorneys on workplace harassment and sexual harassment. In 2019, she participated in the review of a manual for workplace harassment prevention published by the Ministry of Employment and Labor.
