Career
Soojung Lee is a senior foreign legal counsel and the Deputy Head of Yulchon’s Labor and Employment Practice. Ms. Lee advises both domestic and foreign multinational companies in relation to all manner of labor and employment matters in Korea, including workforce reduction, employee and executive termination, collective labor relations, discrimination, use of non-regular workers, and general employment-law compliance. A native Korean speaker, Ms. Lee has extensive legal and business experience in both Korea and the U.S. Ms. Lee has been recognized as a leading individual in the labor-and-employment field in Korea by prestigious international and domestic publications and directories, such as Chambers Asia-Pacific and Who’s Who Legal and Asian Legal Business (ALB).
