Ms. Wang is the Partner in charge of the International Trade Team. Her practice area is International Trade Remedy, in particular in the field of Anti-Dumping, Countervailing, Safeguards and WTO related laws. Ms. Wang began her career in East & Concord Partners in 2001. During this period, she was assigned by East & Concord Partners to work and study at Stanbrook & Hooper Law Firm in Brussels, Belgium.
Ms. Wang and her team's services and achievements in these areas are at the forefront. The team led by Ms. Wang has represented more than 300 companies in about 120 anti-dumping/countervailing investigations, including representing Chinese companies in response to investigations initiated by foreign countries, and representing foreign companies in response to investigations initiated by the MOFCOM. The products under investigation include PV products, cable and optical fiber cables, wind towers, bulldozers, bicycles, electric bicycles, steel pipe products, aluminum extrusion, castings, butt-welding fittings, pins and staples, color picture tubes, citric acid, TCCA, melamine, furfuryl alcohol, MSG, PPS, POY, ceramic tableware and kitchenware, ceramic tiles, CD-ROM, plastic bags, candles, and plywood, etc.

1. Represented three companies in response to anti-dumping investigation initiated by EU on Pins and Staples, and also represented the entire Chinese industry for injury defense in this case. The case was terminated without measures.
2. Represented companies in response to anti-dumping and anti-subsidy investigations initiated by EU on Electric Bicycles, and also represented the entire Chinese industry for injury defense in this case. One company got the lowest combined duty rate.
3. Represented two companies in response to anti-dumping investigation initiated by EU on Trichloroisocyanuric Acid. One company got the lowest duty rate. Afterwards represented one company to apply for interim reivew in this case. The company got a even lower duty rate.
4. Represented three companies in response to anti-dumping investigation initiated by EU on Stainless Steel Tube and Pipe Butt-welding Fittings, and also represented the entire Chinese industry for injury defense in this case. One company got zero duty rate and one company achieved product exclusion.
5. Represented two companies in response to anti-dumping investigation initiated by EU on Melamine, and also represented the entire Chinese industry for injury defense in this case. The two companies got the lowest and second-lowest duty rates respectively.
6. Represented three companies in response to anti-dumping expiry review and interim review initiated by EU on Citric Acid, and also represented the entire Chinese industry for injury defense in this case. The price undertaking was maintained and the formula was revised towards the direction beneficial to Chinese exporters.
7. Represented one Cambodian company in response to anti-circumvention investigation initiated by EU on Citric Acid. The case was terminated without measures.
8. Represented six companies in response to anti-circumvention investigation initiated by EU on Ceramic Tableware and Kitchenware. The lower duty rates of all the six companies were maintained.
9. Represented two companies in response to anti-absorption investigation initiated by EU on Castings. The case was terminated and the original lower duty rate was maintained.
10. Represented two companies to apply for new exporter review concerning anti-dumping measures on Electric Bicycles by UK. Both companies obtained new exporter status. This is the first new exporter review conducted by the UK Trade Remedies Authority.
11. Represented one sampled company group in response to anti-dumping and anti-subsidy investigations initiated by Canada on Wind Towers, and also represented the entire Chinese industry for injury defense in this case. The Western Canadian market (major market for Chinese export producers) was successfully excluded .
12. Represented two companies in response to anti-dumping and anti-subsidy investigations initiated by Canada on Plywood. The case was terminated without measures.
13. Represented two companies in response to anti-dumping investigation initiated by Canada on Drill Pipes. The case was terminated without measures.
14. Represented the entire Chinese industry for injury defense in response to the anti-dumping investigation and re-investigation initiated by Australia on PV modules or panels. The case was terminated without measures.
15. Represented one company to apply for new exporter review concerning anti-dumping and anti-subsidy measures on Aluminium Extrusions by Australia. The company obtained new exporter status and got a combined anti-dumping and anti-subsidy duty rate of 2.1%.
16. Represented one company in response to anti-dumping and anti-subsidy interim review initiated by Australia on Aluminium Extrusions. The company got a negative dumping margin and got a combined anti-dumping and anti-subsidy duty rate of 0.7%.
17. Represented two companies in response to anti-dumping investigation initiated by EEC on Melamine. One company got the lowest duty rate, and the price undertaking of both companies were accepted.
