Jennifer is currently in charge of the Finance Department of East & Concord Partners. For more than 10 years, she has been focusing on providing legal services on asset management products, investment and financing, asset securitization, bond issuance and capital markets to banks, trust companies, insurance companies, fund companies, securities companies and other financial institutions and private equity funds under the supervision of China Banking and Insurance Regulatory Commission, and China Securities Regulatory Commission. She specializes in designing structures for structured products, military-civilian integration, Fin Tech, intelligent manufacturing, and new infrastructure industries and public offered infrastructure REITs.

In recent years, attorney ZHANG has provided full legal services for the issuance of nearly 30 trust products for CITIC Trust and other trust companies, while her year-round legal service clients include many large central enterprises, group companies and A+H listed companies, such as: CITIC Group, China Pacific Insurance (Group) Co., Ltd., AI Bank and so on. Since her practice, she has provided legal services for the registration of more than 20 private equity fund managers and provided full legal services for due diligence and transaction documents for more than 30 equity investments. Representative cases of attorney Zhang include:

-Provided full legal services to five investors, namely CITIC Group, China Insurance Investment Co., Ltd., China Cinda Asset Management Co., Ltd., China Life and ICBC, who would like to have a stake in China Huarong Asset Management Co., Ltd. The project involves regulatory requirements for the financial industry in the Mainland and Hong Kong stocks, and the trading arrangements and transaction structure are outbreaking.

-Provided legal services for the diversified development of business of SDIC Chuangyi Industrial Fund Management Co., Ltd. The project involved comprehensive handling of issues such as supervision of state-owned enterprises, disposal of state-owned assets and compliance of financial institutions, further expanding the business territory for the Client.

-Provided legal services for the participation of the National Military-Civilian Integration Fund managed by Huihua Fund Management Co., Ltd. in the subscription of limited partner shares of Hubei Military-Civilian Integration Fund.

-Provided full legal services for the establishment of “Hua’an-Jiujiang Sewage Treatment Project Debt Investment Plan”.
