Mr. Chu Xiaoqing, managing partner of Jincheng Tongda & Neal Law Firm, qualified to practice law in China, is a senior arbitrator, and serves as a member of the JT&N Supervision and Evaluation Committee and a member of the Executive Committee of the Shanghai Office, and the head of the dispute resolution team of JT&N.

Mr. Chu Xiaoqing has rich experience in court representation, arbitrator trial and adjudication experience, his forward-looking professional ability has won many awards for his litigation cases, including being published in the Gazette of the Supreme People's Court as a typical case by the Supreme People's Court, and being awarded the first batch of top 10 typical foreign-related cases in Shanghai and the top 10 typical intellectual property cases in the Shanghai Free Trade Zone. Mr. Chu Xiaoqing has also been listed by Chambers for many years in the areas of Corporate & Commercial and Projects & Infrastructure, and has been awarded the Thomson Reuters ALB Top 15 Litigators for his outstanding performance in the field of litigation.

Mr. Chu Xiaoqing has extensive experience in handling cases and projects with complex factual and legal relationships, and is one of the few lawyers who specializes in both corporate/commercial dispute resolution litigation and non-litigation projects and transactions. Mr. Chu Xiaoqing is also one of the few lawyers in China who can lead a team of lawyers from other countries to provide multi-jurisdictional and comprehensive legal services for cross-border transactions of Chinese enterprises as a global leading lawyer, and has been selected into the first batch of national foreign-related lawyer talent pool by the Ministry of Justice, and has been rated as a highly recommended lawyer in the field of mergers and acquisitions by the IFLR1000 of the world's leading financial and legal media "International Financial Law Review".

- Represented a well-known real estate property service group co., LTD. in a case of equity transfer (M&A) dispute against the actual controller of a company

- Represented Jiangsu Tianrong Co., Ltd. v. Hunan Haohua Chemical Co., Ltd. (formerly a subsidiary of China National Chemical Co.,Ltd.) in an unfair competition dispute over fraudulent use of its name in India, which was selected as a typical case in the 10th Gazette of the Supreme People's Court in 2018 and was selected as one of the "Top 10 Classic Cases of Foreign-related Legal Services in Shanghai"

- Represented a port terminal limited company in a retrial case against an industrial development company and other shareholders in a capital contribution dispute

- Represented Huabao Securities Co., Ltd. v Jinhong Holding Group Co., Ltd. (a listed company, stock code: 000669) in a corporate bond repurchase contract dispute

- Represented an intelligent manufacturing and technology service venture capital company in a share repurchase dispute against the actual controller of a company

Real Estate, Construction and Infrastructure

- Represented a development company in a dispute over the invalidity of a contract against an industrial development (group) company in Shanghai and an industrial company in Shanghai

- Represented a construction company in Zhejiang against a construction materials company in Quanzhou in a dispute over a sales contract related to a construction general contracting project

- Represented a construction and installation company in Ma'anshan City in an arbitration case against a company in the arbitration of a construction project construction subcontract dispute

M&A and Restructuring

- Provided legal service on investment and financing for many investment agencies, e.g. EVERBRIGHT CAPITAL, GUOYUE JUNAN, ZHUYUAN CAPITAL, XINDE PE, ZHONGXI, HONG-STONE, HEGAO, TRAINING INVESTMENT, etc.
