How many referees can each barrister put forward?
For
each practice area, every barrister can put forward 5 referees. These referees
can be instructing solicitors, other barristers or lay clients. The referees
need to be able to speak to the strengths of the referring barrister and should
have had experience working with them in the last 12-18 months.
