Serves as a permanent legal advisor to Fortune 500 companies, listed companies, large state-owned enterprises and foreign-funded enterprises , providing comprehensive legal advice to clients on investment and compliance matters, covering various legal fields such as trade, taxation, application of domestic and foreign laws, commercial factoring and pledging of accounts receivable. On a day-to-day basis, she reviews a large number of bulk commodity trade contracts and financing contracts with a subject matter of over RMB 100 million and foreign-related factors for enterprises. She have issued detailed and comprehensive legal opinions on equity transfer, debt transfer, connected transactions, information disclosure of listed companies and customs matters for a listed state-owned enterprise, suggesting risk and prevention and control solutions.
