Mr. WANG Qingkun is the founding partner of Shanghai ZhiHe partners. Since 2004, he has been focusing on and specializing in the field of construction, real estate, infrastructure, and merger & acquisitions, providing legal services to a number of well-know enterprises, including Vanke, Greenland, Tianyi, and others. Mr. Wang developed solid experience on conflict management, and risk control in construction projects. Several major cases he engaged influence the industry widely.
