Career
Mr. Gu's career includes a teaching position at Nantong Academy of Governance and legal directorship of Dongsen Group. Currently, he is a senior partner at Shanghai Zhihe Partners, a certified Second-Grade Lawyer, and serves as a consulting expert of the Supreme People's Procuratorate on civil and administrative supervision cases, arbitrator of Yangzhou Arbitration Commission and Maanshan Arbitration Commission. Moreover, he is a member of the 9th and 10th Medical and Health Committee of Shanghai Bar Association. Mr. Gu has provided legal services to well-known enterprises such as OTIS, TI, TOMLEE, Eisai Pharmaceuticals, Sinosteel, and CCCC Third Harbor Engineering Co., Ltd.
