Nazima Malik is the Chairperson of the National Legal Aid Service Board. She also continues to advise and represent multinationals in a broad range of major tax related disputes at the Tax Appeals Tribunal and before the High Court and the Court of Appeal. She continues to be involved in multimillion dollar disputes arising in the emerging jurisprudential area of transfer pricing.
