Greg is a partner in Dentons Kensington Swan’s employment team. He represents clients in employment litigation, and advises clients on a wide range of employment and health and safety issues.
Greg regularly works with senior leadership teams and boards of directors on both employment and health and safety issues.
Greg assists clients on a range of matters from personal grievances to large scale restructurings, and complex contractual issues involving bonus schemes and restraints of trade. He has extensive experience in Holidays Act issues, and frequently advises on workplace investigations and COVID-19 questions, including vaccinations. Greg frequently argues cases in the Employment Relations Authority and the Employment Court.
Greg is recognised as one of New Zealand’s leading health and safety lawyers and assists clients with investigations into serious incidents, and represents them in WorkSafe investigations and prosecutions. He also advises on governance, contractor management, and PCBU interactions.
He is frequently approached by the media for comment on topical issues, and regularly speaks at conferences and seminars.
