Marty Pentz chairs Foley Hoag’s insurance recovery practice. He represents businesses nationwide in lawsuits and ADR proceedings seeking recovery under all lines of property and casualty insurance, including general liability, professional liability, directors and officers liability, business property, product contamination and crime insurance. Marty has tried and won major insurance coverage suits and successfully handled appeals in precedent-setting cases. He has also negotiated eight-figure settlements for industrial clients. Marty is a Fellow and Member of the Board of Regents of the American College of Coverage Counsel.
