Andrew Schwartz is a Partner who handles a wide array of complex litigation, domestic and international arbitration, and bankruptcy matters for public and private clients. Mr. Schwartz has extensive experience representing foreign sovereign governments in U.S. federal court and international legal proceedings. His business clients span many industries. Mr. Schwartz has frequently represented debtors, creditors’ committees, secured and unsecured creditors, buyers, investors and other constituencies in bankruptcy cases. Mr. Schwartz has tried cases in courts across the country. Mr. Schwartz served on the Firm’s Executive Committee from 2007-15. Prior to joining the Firm, he was a law clerk to the Honorable George C. Pratt on the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Second Circuit.
