Lisa Wood handles complex business litigation and government investigations in the areas of accountant’s liability, antitrust and securities. She litigates in federal and state courts around the country. She represents companies, professionals and executives in FTC, DOJ, SEC, IRS and PCAOB investigations, and has served as settlement counsel to resolve complex claims and regulatory matters. She also counsels clients on antitrust issues, including mergers, joint ventures, information exchanges, distribution and marketing practices, pricing strategies, IP and standard setting. Her experience spans several industries, including health care, technology, automotive, retail, pharmaceutical, real estate, professional services and trade associations. For the last 20 years, she has penned an award winning column on practical litigation issues for the ABA’s Antitrust magazine.
