Practice Areas
Rafał is Head of the Energy Advisory team. He handles all types of projects in the energy sector and advises on, e.g. investments in constructing and upgrading energy infrastructure (particularly power plants), project finance, mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures and on trading in energy, fuels, greenhouse gas emission allowances and related derivatives. Rafał also advises on regulatory and contractual matters.

Author of numerous publications on energy sector regulations and energy sector investments.
Co-author of Guidance Notes specifically developed for the Polish PPA market for the EFET CPPA standard translated into Polish (February 2020).
Personal
Rafał is the official Polish legal counsel to EFET (European Federation of Energy Traders). He also advises the Polish Association of Energy Trading. Before joining DZP he headed the Polish energy practice in an international law firm.
