Michael Rosen represents employers in a variety of employment disputes and counseling matters. He has extensive experience with non-competition agreements, other restrictive covenants, and related claims involving trade secrets, duty of loyalty and unfair competition. He successfully has defended employers in wage/hour litigation, discrimination and retaliation cases and executive contract and compensation disputes. Mr. Rosen counsels on workplace matters including harassment investigations, separations, leave-of-absence and accommodation issues, government investigations, workplace privacy, and training. He frequently speaks and writes on labor and employment law topics.
